There are likely other people hedging their bets on their response and/or those still trying to figure out what's workable - Bridges has contemplated, but not finalized, transportation for next year, for example, so that might be a deciding factor for people (I'm totally guessing at this point). Given the movement in pre-k 3 (up the 80s I think?) I'd expect some movement for pre K 4 too, and 15 seems well within the realm of possibly. Note I'm just conjecturing though. Not sure if they'd be willing to tell you how far they went into the list last year, but might not hurt to ask?[/quote]
