I addressed this a while ago. Exposing oneself for sexual gratification is illegal, regardless of gender. If someone claims to be trans* and exposes himself to a woman in the bathroom, he can and should be arrested. If a trans* person is changing in the bathroom, s/he is most likely using a stall, for fear of harassment. [/quote]

There are more than one of us arguing this point. But since I'm the one who misread the previous post, I'll apologize. My response stands for me, however, and I'll repeat a cogent point I made before: more often than not, a trans* individual changes in a closed stall, to avoid harassment. [/quote]
