I am married with kids and although I love my life, I do wonder why marriage with kids is the standard? Taking care of small children takes up years and years of our lives and tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars. Of course it's personally rewarding, but it's not like we're changing the world or anything. I celebrate anyone who makes a different choice and finds happiness.[/quote]
