Meanwhile, those who send their children to ISs keep pretty quiet about their decisions. It's like a secret society, completely opaque from the outside. When our local friends who send their kids to PS aren't complaining about overcrowded classrooms, inadequate facilities, bullying teachers, and testing, they're sharing articles on social media about how you're a bad person/racist/classist if you send your child to a private school. I'm not looking forward to neighbors' reactions to our news, but at this point I've been dreading it for so long that it'll be something of a relief to just tell people.[/quote]
