Why wouldn't we weigh that in the "con" column? Alternatively, if you don't think busing matters, then let's do away with school boundaries entirely. Let's do a lottery system and everyone in MCPS can draw a number and get sent to whatever randomly assigned school they get. Because busing doesn't matter.[/quote]
