Assuming height and penis size are independent (may be a bad assumption), that means that 6% of men would meat that criteria. More impressive (from my perspective), at 6'2", and 6.5", with the same assumptions, I am "bigger" than 98% of the world. I am also in the top 1% in intelligence, the top 7% of income in the US.
