You don't even know the guy - you must be a republican to pass judgement on him!!!
His wife was a paraplegic who saId it was ok to get it elsewhere. He was sexless for 5 yrs before. 
Does that make a difference???? He wanted companionship, not necessarily sex - He had ED....
