[/quote] Yeah, our take home is about $8400 and we just refinanced to a $3300/month PITI. It's tight but we can afford it and it was the right option for us (right compromise between the house, location/commute, schools,etc.). I wish we were paying less but we're happy with the decision.[/quote]
