You said it. Sometimes there's something inexplicable about your child's nurturing caregiver that makes her (or him) alluring. If this person is working full-time in the privacy of your home with an absent spouse, keeping your distance can be too much for some men. We all know how vulnerable female employees are in the workplace, but at least they have the possibility of the law to protect them.

Behind closed doors, if a nanny refuses her employer's unwelcomed advances, she's simply out of a job. Under such circumstances, she doesn't even qualify for temporary unemployment assistance until she can secure a new job. And just how could she get another nanny job without an accurate reference from her disgruntled former employer?[/quote]
