If you're breaking the law, don't expect the police to be on your side. And if you're walking with an unleashed dog, the police will cite [i]you[/i] if it approaches someone and they feel threatened enough to use pepper spray. There is no legal consideration given to a dog off-leash in that situation.[/quote]
