I fully agree with the PP who brought up the potentially nebulous meaning of "new high school".

I have been a big supporter of DCPS-3 kids in the system right now-but I am growing very weary of feeling manipulated and trying to make sense of unclear language.

Trust, understandably,  is in short supply when when it comes to the management of our city's public schools.  Kayla Henderson's widely circulated letter about the 60th anniversary of the Brown decision, in which she seems to argue for a city-wide lottery for school assignment doesn't make it any better.  Is Smith really has taken off the table the option of Hardy feeding anywhere else but Wilson, she should say so publicly and soon[/quote]
