[/quote] I think that she is trying to say that the kids look like they should be going to Landon.[/quote] No. In dcps and pcs, schools with the higher rates of kids in poverty or kids who are at risk for involvement in crews wear uniforms. Other schools don't. Brent and Ross used to have much higher rates of FARMS than they do today. [/quote]
