Yes. Everybody involved in planning in Montgomery County needs to stop with the idea that people with children don't live in apartments.

Excellent point and one of the problems--no coordination (at least no obvious coordination) between planning divisions. These were foreseeable issues and the County in general dropped the ball. Growth can be a good thing but fails without proper planning and infrastructure. [/quote]
