Why is Kristina all like "awww Ed? thats great"...she should be like hey maybe stay AWAY from the guy who broke up your marriage. Didn't see the last scene coming though. Totally hate how easy things like running for mayor, opening a music recording studio, and now opening a school seem to be for the Braverman clan.
+1,000. Love the family, though. I choose to tell myself that what the show doesn't show is all the seriously hard work that those two put into everything. or maybe not. Ed is creepy, totally weirds me out. We watched it last night on DVR and DH was like "after last week's show it makes no sense that Joel would show up on the doorstep smiling next week." And am I the only one that loves the house that the parents found!?
The house is gorgeous but why are they selling? I thought it was too much upkeep and they were going to live in a trendy, low maintenance condo. Joel annoys me. He made Julia's life miserable, told her there was no hope and once she finally moves on he decides its all good and he's decided to come back?? I don't think so.
The new house is lovely, but smaller, no barn, less land, etc. I'm sure it will be less upkeep. They still have people coming to stay with them frequently, I'm sure Camille realized that a tiny condo wasn't actually going to work. The important thing to her was that Zeke clearly heard what she needed and found a place that worked for both of them. I don't think Joel was saying it was over-though that's how Julia took it. I think he was saying he wasn't ready to make a decision, and if she kept pushing for one, it was going to be a no. Now, she shouldn't have to live in limbo forever, but I think his take on that conversation was very different than hers.
