[/quote] You do realize that pimmit hills is a neighrborhood with in 22043? 22042 is 5 times bigger than Pimmit Hills 22044 is 3 times bigger than Pimmit Hills There are no DIY, fairfax county would not approve them. There is no difference in the approval process for a new home in pimmit hills vs Mclean, The new homes in PH that are owner built typically work with Stanley Martin, reelhomes, NDI or ANV.
