But, these cases are much harder to "argue" with the system.

I'm not saying it's right -- I think probably lots more kids could handle more rigorous academic work.  But, it's very hard to fight against a system that wants to deliver the same academic package to everyone for reasons of efficiency of scale.  [/quote]
