Perhaps you've lived under a rock here in DC most of your life - you really need to get out more. FARMS and low SES varies from place to place. Here in DC, it just happens to be majority AA. In other places in the US it's majority Hispanic. In other places in the US it's majority White. There are some communities in the US where it's majority Vietnamese. And so on. Your own shortsighted perspective is no reflection on what others know to be true.[/quote]
