That you have a demographic agenda after all. It likely will skew white (from time-to-time). You may not be comfortable discussing your definition of diversity, but mine would be would be something that tracks world population. No race/religion/culture would have a majority or even close. Lots of Asian, middle easterners, Latinos mixed in with whites and blacks. I think that it would be much harder for us to dismiss each other as racial stereotypes if all of our assumptions would be challenged from all sides.
