This is key. Fairfax can serve and challenge more GT students than MoCo. Both force rank, obviously, MoCo just has a teeny yield it can accommodate. Too bad.[/quote]

For the class of 2011 the Blair magnet had 32, TJ had 125, roughly the same when scaled for class size.  The SAT scores for Blair were 2220 and TJ were 2200, so again almost the same.[/quote]

I did 2011 because I could easily grab the numbers, but I can't imagine that they changed much for this year.  What this does show is that 90+% of the NMSF are from the magnet program.[/quote]
