Hahaha...actually I am the DH and I no longer wear glasses (Lasik 11 years ago), wire rims when I did.  But I am a techie--guilty as charged.
No, I only read one blog, Young House Love.  Otherwise, we're both geek science fiction/fantasy readers.  Thanks for the chuckle.

Ooh...would have loved to have had black labs.  But I had a mixed breed mutt (half German Shepherd, quarter collie and quarter cocker spaniel) that we got from the pound when he was about 3 weeks old.  My sister's dog, but I ended up taking care of the dog for all the time we had him until we moved out of state and found him a great home.  And I wouldn't have named my child Marmaduke, anyways.  (he was named after the comic dog, even though he was far from a Great Dane).[/quote]
