[/quote] +1 OP, those steering you in the direction of Rock Creek Forest and Rosemary Hills are right on. I would say that HHI170K is probably in the middle of the residents in these neighborhoods with young children (maybe increasingly on the lower end of new residents buying in). There are of course still older residents with grown children who undoubtedly have much lower incomes. These neighborhoods are zoned for BCC. I have worried that my DCs would feel "poor" (although they clearly are no such thing) in the BCC cluster because of the super-wealthy neighborhoods it draws from. Haven't felt that yet. The neighborhood kids stick together quite a bit, and I feel like it's a pretty "normal" environment. [/quote]
