Bold words from someone defending a masterclass in dysfunction. No direction. Qualified coaches pushed aside. And a Technical Director cashing $400K (check the 990s, it's public record) while the program delivers nothing. Leadership bleeding the org dry with salaries they couldn't earn on merit, and your contribution? Typing insults from a couch. The real brain damage here isn't from paint chips. It's from watching your association flush talent and money while you defend it online like it's paying YOUR bills.
