High School soccer basically comes down to how many ECNL/GA players do you have and generally the team with the higher number of these players wins. In terms of the showcase effecting regionals, maybe. Some girls played 3 full games in NC every minute of 3 games.  Know of some who are on team with 20 rostered so played a little over half those minutes, and others who skipped last game.  So managing your minutes matters if you have any control over it, but at the end of the day at least everyone got to play in their HS game.  Congrats to Indy and all other state winners. [/quote]
