The problem is that inexperienced young trainers are being hired while the TD and other staff members continue getting paid top dollar, and many of these trainers do not even meet or comply with the stated requirements and credentials expected for these roles. Parents have formally raised these concerns, yet the issue keeps getting minimized. This has become a major topic and a sideline conversation among parents at instead of being addressed directly.
