Tax and audit and things are always going to be their sweet spot, but coming up with strategy and trying to get people around their blind spots, I think they’re going to just get worse and worse at that. I left Deloitte (for more money and better work) a little less than a decade ago. They were trying so hard and investing so much in trying not to be known as a company full of old white men.
