If #1 does not decide the tie break, then we move on to #2, etc. until the tie break is decided.” The rules are actually written correctly and fairly. They could perhaps be tightened up around the edges and examples added but the intent is very very clear based on the rules. It’s just some people don’t like the outcome based on the rules. It’s not even a question here - the arguments for Legends and BLC are non-sensical. [/quote]
