My kid is a normal (by no means spectacular) high stats student. According to Scoir, UMich is a reach but UW is just a likely. [/quote] There is no doubt Michigan is routinely ranked higher than than Wisconsin. That does not mean there are widespread characteristics in which students would notice significant or tangible differences between the universities. [/quote]
