DP here. I have 2 kids in high school. One kid slept a lot and is between winter and spring sports. The other kid is super busy with AP classes, science Olympiad and SAT in 2 weeks. He could use the extra sleep.[/quote]

Yep, same here.
My HSers have a vigorous course load + sports so any opportunity for extra sleep is helpful.

I have teenagers in sports with vigorous course loads and full weekend activities. They don't need extra sleep.  They might want this delay but it certainly doesn't mean they need it.  [/quote]
