And then there’s the potential hygiene issues. I think most people who buy these things must have crappy knives or lack skills that make the job quicker and more effective. If you have a good knife and basic skill you can dice an onion very quickly. To reduce the eye-tearing effect, I run the cut halves under a little water and that significantly reduces the problem.
Frozen fruits and vegetables, on the other hand, are awesome. Broccoli, green beans, blueberries, pineapple and mango are our staples.[/quote]
