This is nuttery. Nowhere in the city had bike lanes cleared before streets, roads, sidewalks and crosswalks. Which is a shame because people need to be able to get around the city safely without having to drive. Stop your conspiracy theory nonsense and remain focus on the true villain: Muriel Bowser and her incompetence.[/quote]
