[/quote] +1000 Evaluate your risks for everything in your lifestyle. and make informed choices. Also, breastfeeding reduces your risk (I've got 5+ years of that with 2 kids), exercise, eating clean (cutting out sugars and unhealthy carbs will lower your risk of so many cancers/health issues). If you have alcohol, that has a higher risk than the right HRT (for most people). Yet most of us are not eliminating that. So do everything with moderation and being educated. [/quote]
