I hope so. We don’t need the help at this time so we wouldn’t go - wouldn’t  want to take food out of a hungry family’s mouths. At the same time, it definitely has a soup kitchen vibe if it’s just people down on their luck. There needs to be some “community” aspect for this to be most effective. [/quote]

Tell her to go! We went occasionally to pick up lunches during the pandemic. We didn't need it financially but we did it because we're in a high income area so we wanted to keep participation up for those who did truly need it so they would keep the site open, to reduce stigma if more people go, and to keep that oh so tenuous connection to school during virtual learning. So I guess that last one was for community. [/quote]
