Another teacher here and I totally agree. Most of the PD is useless and could be done online including the diversity training. Capping class sizes at 25 would be a game changer. They should also be capping the number of kids with IEPs in teamed classes. Ours have 30-31 students and at minimum 16-17 students with IEPs and usually another 3-4 who probably should have one but haven't been identified. They're mostly lovely kids but many need a lot of individual help.[/quote]
