Time stopped around 1955. [/quote] This isn't just a southern thing. Men are not allowed beyond the main level in sorority houses at my DC's school. That included dads and brothers. These are official sorority houses with a house mom, cleaners and chef. My college didn't have official houses, just ones that the sisters would rent, so there weren't any perks or rules.[/quote]
