Many of the business that offer aftercare do so because they are a business that has afterschool activities like karate or coding classes. It makes sense that they can open a few hours earlier and give workers a decent chunk of hours. To offer before care, those businesses would need to find workers to come in for, at max, a 3 hour shift. And then close again until the afternoon. [/quote]
