The article clearly states the laws she broke and the fine and punishment for breaking the law.   She is drawing attention to the law and by breaking the law she is being punished.   I do not think she should shut up and take it but until the law is changed, she has to suffer the consequences of breaking the law.  Not a difficult concept to understand[/quote]
