American football is dying at the youth level, akin to boxing where it’s basically becoming a black and brown youth sport. This is the data. There are tons of articles on this over the years. Educated white women are not letting their kids play, and when such a large chunk of the generations Y, Z and Alpha doesn’t grow up playing the sport, it slowly fades, like boxing.
