I’m kneeling at a student desk every single period. I sit on the floor when I’m checking in on student groups. I float classrooms, so I put in my 5-6000 steps roaming the school all day. I dress in work pants, but they wear out quickly. Teaching isn’t a desk job. I think some people are under the impression it is.
