Yeah only about 5 are real FB "powers". The remainder are good but could be classified as flukes (Indiana), has beens (Nebraska) or never was (Northwestern).[/quote]

The rest are not powers at all.

Nebraska has potential with a whole state to itself, zero pro sports ... They could raise some serious money for salaries
 People are so starved for entertainment they sell out spring training.
