Big part of administrative team is leaving, or will be in the next year, which isn’t a bad thing but means that everyone kind of does their own thing. Not too high pressure because parents are involved and students are high flying compared to other schools. Also teachers don’t feel like they have to impress anyone because they know leadership is about to change.[/quote]
