Biden was a weak POTUS candidate on the national stage when he was in his prime as evidenced by his history of immediate failures when running for POTUS prior to 2020.

Just about anyone could have and would have beaten Trump in 2020 considering Trump's unpopularity at the time and somehow Biden was the best nominee money could buy. I wish he hadn't sought a second term as well but the primary cause of the Dem 2024 POTUS election debacle was the nomination of Biden in 2020.[/quote]

reminder we’re in this mess because voters voted for Trump in the primary in 2016, then voted him in and the general election. Could have had someone reasonable like John Kasich. But no, voters voted for somebody because he was on the Apprentice. So thanks Trump voters!!! [/quote]
