Iran actually has Iranian Jews still living in Iran. All of them refused money to move to Israel.
A lot of the Middle East had Jews living all over. Many refuse to leave but Israel pressured them and at times even resorted to violence, terrorism and secret agreements with foreign governments in order to force them out. Funny thing is they were treated like s*** and second and third class citizens once they arrived to Israel because they were not Ashkenazi.
Yes because the Israeli project is ironically the biggest anti semitic project and biggest killer of Jews in 20th century history. Not only of Sephardic Jews in the Middle East but of Ashkenazis as well. Early Zionist thought leaders supported Hitler and the Nuremberg laws because originally most Jews in Europe were opposed to Zionism/Israel and wanted to stay in Europe and had no desire to move to Palestine. Israel had to sacrifice its own to make a state. Kinda like Hamas is claiming to do now. It’s scary how history repeats itself. They use Nazi tactics in Israel against the Palestinians and Holocaust survivors have called them out on it. It is based in a right wing extremist movement just like the neocons here in the Us and just like Hamas. Right wing Christendom and Islam are friends to Israel for a reason
