If you look at Cassidy's X account, you'd see that all he talks about is the immigration enforcement, the violent protests, how he used to work with Medicaid patients etc.; nothing about the ACIP disaster and apparent lies by Kennedy in the confirmation hearings. If he were brave or actually cared about this, he would speak up.

From what has been reported, it usually takes years to make it onto ACIP, with letters of recommendation, conflict of interest examinations, prior work on committees - now it took days or weeks (or at most a few months in case this was planned from the start). And many of the new committee members have long-standing anti-vaccine agendas - a conflict of interest of its own. This committee will rubberstamp whatever Kennedy (not an MD!) wants.[/quote]
