Defense sec doesn't make sure who is on a Signal chat discussing an upcoming attack. 
HHS sec issues a report with phony citations and keeps citing invalidated "research" that "proves" vaccination causes autism, also does not know that less that 30% of people with autism have the profound level of disability he describes
Although not a cabinet post, a DHS director who literally does not know the definition of habeas corpus
Have repeatedly had to rehire people after accidentally firing critical employees of several agencies
