That's your perspective. Many would say that giving blacks preference for jobs, college admissions, government grants and contracts, and housing programs, over the course of many decades, was fixing the wrongs, and many blacks have succeeded because of all of those opportunities.  But yes, we understand that the "fix" you now want for those that didn't take advantage of all of those opportunities is big, fat reparations checks.[/quote]

Random question. How will recent African immigrants feel about African Americans getting reparations and they don't? African immigrants also face systemic racism in the US, but are not descendants of the enslaved. [/quote]
