No, we expect people use their common sense and allow a mother to stay in the country with her child while she is receiving life saving care, or at least give the mother an opportunity to talk with her husband and doctors before making a decision on whether to leave without her.

The US Citizen child has stage 4 cancer and lost access to medical care.  That means they'll likely not live much longer.  But ICE will be able to notch up its targets by deporting the child's mother, so the US citizen child can spend their last days in confusion and agony.   Jesus would not approve. [/quote]
