There's a lot of law developed for this because of US citizens who have a child with a foreign national, they break up, the foreign national wants to take the child to their own country of origin. You know he’ll be deported in the next few weeks anyway so they’ll be together again and all this pearl clutching will have been for nothing.[/quote]
