Yes this.  It's also so funny when people talk about how committed they are to their ideals and then say they allow themselves certain products anyway cause you know, I can't allow myself to totally suffer!!  It's so fake.  It's not the ideal of punishing a company I really think it's just about not consuming so much and that's OK.  It's great to want to stop buying so much.  But know that making things harder is dumb. Keep life easy. Buy less instead. But don't kid yourself - your ability to make the company suffer is much less that you suffering. And I guarantee that mere mortals cannot long term cut themselves away from things they really really want.  Never underestimate the power of desire. So just say - I'm going to try to buy less v I want to make life as difficult as possible by boycotting places  that may make my life easier! [/quote]
