Those are not analogous.  Height is helpful in life for males in particular and for men and women in many sports.  This is evidence based.  No reason to get your knickers in a twist about it.[/quote]

What type of build you have can give you an advantage in sports.  .  But you didn’t  explain how height is helpful.  And yes blues eyes and fair skin beat out dark skin and dark eyes, it’s called racism, for a very long time.  Probably still does in some areas.  Tall vs short is a different form of prejudice. People aren’t talking height into account explicitly.  it’s unconscious bias against short men.  Just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean it isn’t a real effect . I’m not sure why this is turning into an argument.  Being tall is an advantage like being a beautiful woman is an advantage like being thin is an advantage and on and on.  You explaining away why it’s dumb isn’t going to make it go away.  This is why people are “obsessed” about height and these threads pop up all the time.  [/quote]
