+1. I agree 100%. I was going to buy this year, but I now think I really need to give things some time to shake out. The disruption that's about to occur to this area is going to be dramatic, and I think people are in denial.[/quote]

What if disruption will be the opposite?  More jobs.. more competition for housing.

Well no that’s not the only thing. He’s also announced that all DEI employees need to be fired and that agencies need to fire some probationary employees and give a list to OPM of all probationary employees they’re not firing. And he’s announced that local officials that don’t cooperate with mass deportations will be prosecuted. [/quote]
